• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification

• Computer literate (inventory system/MS Excel)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to work independently and responsibly

Spare Parts Assistant (Automotive) – Job Scope

We are looking for a responsible and organized Part Controller to support daily operations in the automotive spare parts department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle receiving, checking, and storing automotive spare parts

2. Maintain accurate stock inventory and update records

3. Assist technicians and customers in identifying required spare parts

4. Prepare parts for servicing and repair jobs

5. Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for reordering

6. Label, organize, and maintain cleanliness of the parts stores

7. Coordinate with suppliers for parts ordering and delivery

8. Ensure proper documentation and filing of spare parts transactions

9. Perform stock counts and inventory audits when required
