Full Time Sales Executive – Precast Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in CMPC WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Possess sales experience in construction materials, precast concrete, ready-mix concrete, steel, or related industry

Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, aggressive, and able to work independently.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge in using AutoCAD software will be an added advantage

Identify and develop new business opportunities for precast concrete products and solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and government agencies.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.

Coordinate with internal departments including production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Follow up on sales enquiries, payment collections, and project progress.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Attend site visits, meetings, and industry events when required.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
