We're Hiring: Site Safety Supervisor (Contract – 6 Months)
Location: Selangor

Public Crane Heavy Equipment Sdn. Bhd. (PCHE)is seeking a dedicated and experiencedDOSH Certified Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book Holder) to support our heavy lifting and transportation projects. Requirements
Valid DOSH Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book) certification.
Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience, preferably in heavy lifting, crane operations, construction, industrial or oil & gas projects.
Sound knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health legislation and industry best practices.
Experience in lifting operations, lifting plans, hazard identification and risk management is highly preferred.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent teamwork.
Strong communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work well under pressure and adapt to dynamic site environments.
Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites within Malaysia, when required.
Competent with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and enforce compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements at project sites.
Conduct site safety inspections and ensure adherence to statutory regulations and company safety policies.
Prepare, review and support Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments and lifting-related hazard analyses before work commencement.
Monitor heavy lifting operations and ensure safe work practices are implemented at all times.
Investigate incidents, near misses, injuries and hazards, and prepare timely reports with corrective and preventive actions.
Liaise effectively with clients' HSE representatives, contractors and relevant authorities on all safety matters.
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and site safety inductions for company personnel.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuously drive HSE awareness across project teams.
Support the Work Leader and project team in implementing safe systems of work throughout project execution.
