Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electronics Engineering.
  • Min 1 year working experience in related field.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with internal team, customers and suppliers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning and leadership skills.
  • Project management and analytical skills.
  • Willing to travel outstation and overseas.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Willing to work on weekends when required.
  • Possessed own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing plans, system schematics, customer specifications, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates.
  • Discuss with customers or end users to collect detailed technical requirements for assigned job.
  • Working with customers and internal engineering teams to design engineering solutions that meet customer’s requirements. 
  • Managing the company relationships with existing customers and building 
  • relationships with potential customers to generate new business.
  • Understand competitors and align with new strategies to win in competition
  • Prepare quotations, costing, and test proposal for project. 
  • Follow up quotation status with customer.
  • Trigger purchasing of equipment and components used in projects.
  • Transfer sales to project, weekly project meeting, and monitor project status until project is delivered.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members, managers, customers and suppliers. 
  • Provide project updates and supporting records to Project Manager and Sales Manager. 
  • Assist Project team to obtain / feedback info to customer.
  • Handle & manage services related to customer requests & complaints.
  • Traveling to customer sites as necessary.
  • Field support or development when necessary.
  • Ad-hoc support to management requests.
