Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development; experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Experience in preparing sales reports, performance analysis, and management presentations.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and challenges professionally.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Willing to travel and attend client meetings when required.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and business growth objectives.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and professional presentations based on client requirements.

Handle the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, follow-up, and closing deals.

Understand clients' travel needs and provide suitable solutions to enhance customer experience.

Coordinate with operations and other internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Monitor ongoing projects, client accounts, and service performance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

Ensure effective cost management and contribute to improving overall business profitability.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
