Kelayakan

  • Minimum 1 year of service experience in the electronics industry
  • Knowledge of process and application is an added advantage
  • Experience or familiarity with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment such as:
  • Reflow ovens, Wave soldering machines, Selective soldering systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas
  • Able to work independently with a proactive and hardworking attitude
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Tanggungjawab

  • Lead the setup, installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites
  • Provide application and technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Identify and develop new customers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Deliver after-sales service and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Support the sales team with technical knowledge, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation
  • Manage and guide the service team in delivering on-site customer training
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Lead involvement in new equipment setup and hardware integration for customer purchases
  • Conduct analysis on equipment performance, hardware issues, and preventive maintenance data
  • Drive continuous improvement in service processes and system reliability
