Full Time Assistant Warehouse Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in BW Yee Seng Steel Industries Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse operations.

At least 2 years in managerial / supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory movement, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, reconciliation, investigation of discrepancies, and effective management of slow-moving or obsolete inventory.

Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and promote a productive, disciplined, and safety-conscious working environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and all legal and operational requirements while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.

Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics teams to plan manpower, optimize warehouse processes, improve space utilization, support urgent deliveries, and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
