Requirements
Possess at least 2 to 5 years of professional driving experience, with preference given to those who have provided driving services for VIPs, C-suite executives, or board-level individuals.
Hold a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record and no outstanding traffic violation tickets.
Proficient in using and updating GPS/navigation applications. Extremely punctual, disciplined, responsible, with excellent communication skills and etiquette.
Physically fit and have no criminal record.
Fluent in both Mandarin and Bahasa to meet business needs.
Ability to work overtime and travel outstation as required.
Job Type: Permanent
Work Location: Bukit Mertajam / Sg. Jawi (Penang Area).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for safely transporting the Chairman to and from residence, office, company meetings, airports, and various social event venues.
- Utilize navigation tools (e.g., Waze, Google Maps) to proactively plan the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic congestion.
- Perform daily vehicle checks (tires, fluids, brakes, etc.), ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, sanitized, and maintained according to schedule.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Chairman's schedule, business negotiations, and personal matters; assist with ad-hoc tasks such as picking up packages, delivering important documents, or handling luggage.
- Be available to provide services at any time as required by work demands, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and during out-of-town business trips.
- When not required for driving long-term (e.g., when the Chairman is abroad), responsibilities may extend to general handyman duties, courier/delivery services, warehouse management, or providing transportation for senior executives and visitors.
