Full Time INTERIOR DESIGNER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in AZIL ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Candidates applying for this position are expected to be experienced in one or more of the following:-

• Produce design layouts and 3D perspectives interiors for commercial and/or industrial offices, laboratories and others
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including M&E layouts
• researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project
• producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients
• sourcing products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and providing samples for clients
• preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, 3D perspectives and schemes
• working in a team with other designers and engineers
• keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry
• Able to present the proposed design
• Work closely and coordinate with a team of Engineers/Designers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess relevant qualifications in Interior design
• Preferably with a mininum 2 years in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Interior CAD Software such as AutoCAD, 3D Sketch Up, V-ray, Enscape etc is a pre-requisite
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and other related software.
• Good interpersonal skills, high degree of responsibility, collaborative work style, teamwork, solution-oriented and outcome-driven
• Site experience is an added advantage
