Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and book-keeping practices with relevant working experiences.

Ability to handle full set of accounts for small business operations.

Exposure to auditing would be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (SQL Accounting).

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Assist in processing daily financial transactions including sales, payments, and receipts.

Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks in the finance system.

Verify and process supplier invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before posting.

Assist in the preparation of payment vouchers, cheque printing, and online payment instructions.

Maintain accurate records of payments made and pending.

Assist in daily and monthly reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash accounts.

Investigate and report any discrepancies.

Filing & Documentation

Ensure proper filing of finance documents (invoices, payment vouchers, bank statements, etc.).

Support audit processes by retrieving documents as required.
