Must Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Diploma in any fields

• Minimum 3 yearsexperience inProduction engineering in EMS or Electric components industry(SMT, HM, ASSY)

• Having experience of new product launch production preparation

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines

• Assist in process design and production readiness for new product introductions

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision of senior engineers

• Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and prepare related reports

• Support and improve line changeover and setup efficiency

• Conduct data collection and basic analysis to identify and reduce production downtime

• Assist in debugging and stabilizing production for new product launches

• Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and cost-reduction projects

• Monitor and record equipment performance, proposing improvement ideas

• Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently

• Provide technical support to operators and assist in training activities when needed

• Manage spare parts requests and maintain proper documentation

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve production issues and support reporting to headquarters
