Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of equipment maintenance experience.

Knowledge of port equipment, heavy machinery, or industrial maintenance is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Oversee and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians during assigned shifts. •

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and failures, assessing severity and prioritizing repairs. •

Supervise the implementation of corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring repairs are carried out effectively and following specifications. •

Monitor and manage Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) for equipment to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. •

Act as a Responsible Authorizer (RA) for Permit to Work (PTW) procedures, ensuring safety and compliance. • Generate work orders using the maintenance management system, documenting maintenance activities and tracking progress. •

Conduct regular inspections of port equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. •

Ensure adequate inventory levels of spare parts and consumablesfor maintenance activities. •

Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians, encouraging a positive and collaborative work environment. •

Generate a detailed breakdown report at the end of the shift, summarizing maintenance activities, issues encountered and recommendationsfor improvement.
