Full Time Supervisor ( Free Zone & Property) Jobs, in MMC Corporation Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Diploma in Logistics Management •

Working knowledge of the Free Zone Act 1990, Free Zone Regulations 1991, Customs Act, Customs Orders, and relevant Other Government Agencies (OGA) requirements. •

Proficiency in ICT systems and applications to support operational processes and system-related functions. •

Understanding of port, shipping, and freight forwarding operations. •

Competence in maintaining accurate operational records, logs, and reports. •

Holder of a valid Class D or B2 driving license for operational and site-based requirements.

Ensure timely processing and approval of Free Zone applications in eFZlPS while maintaining high operational efficiency. •

Support and assist customers in managing Free Zone operations by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth transaction processing within eFZlPS and JCT system. •

Ensure regulatory compliance by Free Zone Operators (JPB and T2) through monitoring, coordination, and enforcement of the Free Zone Act provisions. •

Process and verify BPZBI submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with Free Zone and Customs regulations. •

Coordinate and monitor the monthly submission of inventory, Goods Confirmation and warehousing activity reports by Free Zone operators to ensure data accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance. •

Oversee the operation, monitoring and administration of eFZlPS and other related systems to support Free Zone operational activities. •

Process ZB4 license applications and monitor Free Zone Operators to ensure complete compliance with licensing conditions for trading activities within the Free Zone area. •

Conduct and support inspection and disposal activities. •

Ensure all Free Zone Operators hold a valid Free Zone License and maintain an updated register of approved cargo handling activities.
