Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field (MBA is an advantage).
10+ years of ITES/Service Desk Operations experience.
Minimum 2 years of P&L management experience.
Strong leadership in managing large-scale, multi-site Service Desk operations.
Excellent communication, client management, and analytical skills.
Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur/Cyberjaya.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT Service Desk operations.
Manage 300+ FTEs while ensuring SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction.
Drive operational excellence using ITIL, Lean, and Six Sigma.
Manage client relationships, business reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
