Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field

1–3 years of experience in construction, building materials, or subcontracting industry (preferred)

Familiar with tender processes and construction project flow is an added advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites

Fresh graduates with strong interest in the construction industry are encouraged to apply

Identify and secure new projects from contractors, developers, and consultants

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction industry

Attend site meetings, tender briefings, and project discussions

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on submissions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met

Negotiate contract terms and successfully close deals

Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming project opportunities
