Full Time Shipping Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in LB Aluminium Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level

Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia

Excellent communication skills.

To maintain daily administration functions.

Ensuring customer’s orders are processed to meet delivery dateline.

To compile & provide to date information to Export Manager / Executives about customer’s order status.

To liaise with Finance Department to ensure credit / debit note are issued and provide sales report to Finance Department.

Liaise with freight forwarder or Shipping Company for best quote and shipping schedule.

Responsible for order processing from the issuance of proforma invoices, follow up with the Planning Department for cargo completion until payment is collected.

Plan and coordinate shipments with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery to the final destination.

Send shipping documents to customers and follow up for payment.

Prepare internal purchase orders to Planning Department.

To check with Molding department for completion of new die samples & Dispatch Department for final order received from production.

Prepare & print out monthly report for outstanding accounts and customer breakdown summary.

Perform operational and ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time by HOD
