Full Time Logistics Specialist (Immediate Hiring) Jobs, in Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Johor - Maukerja

Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in clerical / administrative support in warehousing and logistics.

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related applications.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo, ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Develop and maintain accurate records and reports for operations, including correspondence, plans, and expenses.

Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure cargo readiness for scheduled deliveries.

Update systems such as SAP and WMS promptly and accurately.

Monitor and track shipping details in coordination with forwarding agents.

Generate and manage cycle count reports.

Communicate with customers via email, ensuring that interactions meet established quality standards.

Update shipment and domestic delivery statuses in a timely manner.

Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
