Diploma in Business Administration, F&B Management or related — or equivalent hands-on experience.

Fresh graduates welcome

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas) and Google Workspace

Detail-oriented and consistent with routine checks

Reliable, punctual, able to work independently

Strong communication — able to coach outlet staff

Own transport, and available on Sundays

Conduct outlet audits and visit observations — cleanliness walkthroughs, hostel visits, training checklist reviews

Perform daily checks: defrost & standby, FIFO, and QCQA inspection (visual, smell, taste, touch)

Run monthly stock audits, stock transfers and CK production analysis in Codemax, and resolve count variances

Plan weekly labour schedules across all outlets and keep daily labour cost on target

Coordinate across WhatsApp groups, run teachback sessions with outlet staff, and report issues to HQ
