Full Time Customer Support Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Lian Soon Express Johor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or transportation industry

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

Patient, professional and able to handle complaints calmly

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Familiar with logistics tracking systems or Microsoft Office is an advantage

Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback via phone, email and WhatsApp

Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to track and update shipment status

Provide accurate information to customers regarding delivery timelines and logistics procedures

Follow up on pending shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly

Prepare customer service reports and maintain accurate records of interactions

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Assist in onboarding new customers and explaining service offerings
