• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Media, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of UI/UX or Web Design experience.

• Experience designing corporate websites or SaaS platforms.

• Background in FinTech, WealthTech, Online Trading Platforms, or Financial Services is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Experience with Adobe XD is a plus.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

• Familiar with responsive web design.

• Creative with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with strong execution ability.

1. Website UI Design

• Design and optimize the company's official website UI.

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.

• Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Maintain consistency with the company's branding guidelines.

2. Landing Pages & Campaign Pages Design

• Design marketing landing pages for campaigns and promotions.

• Create banners, hero sections, and promotional visuals.

• Improve conversion rates through effective page design.

3. User Experience Optimization

• Improve website usability based on user behavior.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to enhance customer journeys.

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

4. Design System & Visual Standards

• Build and maintain UI components and design systems.

• Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.

• Organize and maintain design assets.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Developers to ensure accurate implementation.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams.

• Support website updates and feature releases.

6. Brand & Digital Visual Design

• Design digital marketing materials.

• Produce social media creatives, email banners, and presentation visuals when required.

• Ensure all visual assets align with company branding.
