Job brief

Provide technical support through equipment installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance at customer sites to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Company Background : Water and hygiene solutions

• Contract Durations : 6 months (renewable)

• Working Days/Hours : Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Location HQ : Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

• Location for JB : WFH & Work from office

Requirements

• Diploma with relevant working experienceor aDegree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical)

• Possess own transportation and willing to travel to customer sites as required.

• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is an added

Responsibilities

• Install and service equipment at customer sites.

• Troubleshoot/Fix technical issues/Product testing.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.

• Assist in product roll-out and startup, maintain current equipment and resolve faults as required

• Train customers on how to use the equipment properly.

• Prepare service reports after each visit.

• Respond to customer enquiries and support requests.

• Travel to customer locations when required

• Work closely with the Sales and Project teams
