• Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field

• Certificate in E&E (Electrical & Electronics) or Mechanical or equivalent.

• Good practical knowledge of aircond servicing, electrical systems and wiring.

• 1–2 years of experience in the electrical field or as a Technician.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve oneself.

• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Work Location: Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a hands-on Technician experienced in air conditioning servicing, installation, and repair to carry out renovation and maintenance works for condominium units under our management. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, committed to quality workmanship, and able to work in or relocate to Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out modification works such as wiring/electrical works, rewiring, installation of lights, circuits, and electrical socket supplies for household equipment, and troubleshooting wiring issues.

• Perform air conditioning maintenance and servicing, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.

• Knowledge of smart meter installation is an added advantage.

• Perform other repair works in the unit as required.

• Ensure all tasks are carried out professionally, ethically, and in a timely manner.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
