Full Time Commis Pastry Chef Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in 3K Fine Food Johor - Maukerja

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Bakery, Pastry, Cake Production or a similar role.

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts / Pastry / Bakery is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of pastry and bakery production processes.

• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Willing to work in a production environment and follow company SOPs.

• Assist in daily cake and pastry production according to standard recipes and production schedules.

• Work in assigned production areas such as Mixing, Baking, Assembling or Decoration.

• Prepare ingredients and operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow company SOP, GMP and food safety procedures at all times.

• Ensure product quality, consistency and presentation meet company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, utensils and equipment.

• Assist the CDP in monitoring daily production flow and ensuring smooth operations.

• Support the team in achieving daily production targets while maintaining product quality.

• Report any production issues, equipment problems or material shortages to the CDP.

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Commis to join our cake production team. The successful candidate will assist in daily production activities, maintain high standards of product quality and hygiene, and support the smooth operation of the production department.
