Full Time Senior Procurement Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Kopi Rakyat Johor - Maukerja

A Bachelor's Degree in a Business/Commerce/Economics field of study or its equivalent, minimum Diploma qualified

You must possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in procurement or purchasing function in a retail food & beverages organization

Strong sourcing and contract negotiation skills required

Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Demonstrates business acumen and a strong commercial / entrepreneurial drive

Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership

Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment

Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia languages are mandatory as the candidate is required to liaise with multiple suppliers globally

Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives

Execute strategic and tactical sourcing initiatives and SOP aligning to company objectives

Work closely with Operation department to source for new supplier for drinks and Ready-to-Eat products

Familiar with AutoCount software

Negotiate with suppliers

Work on landed cost and propose selling price

Set up SKU number and create new vendor profile

Assist in a one-time project to review contracts/SLA with all existing suppliers

Evaluate markets and sources of supply across agreed product or service portfolio

Continually drive down costs and challenge suppliers with market/customer knowledge

Leveraging existing suppliers (local and global) and continuously find new sources

Provide reporting and diagnostics on areas of sourcing, supply and spend as required

Participate in quarterly reviews with key suppliers
