Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Customer service or related field preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service.

  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, Malay and English language.

  • Strong empathy to understand the emotional needs.

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Tanggungjawab

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and any online platform in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process customer orders, ensure accurate order entry and issue air waybills from Shopee and Shopify.

  • Follow up on customer orders, delivery status and payment matters.

  • Handle customer complaints, product feedback and return requests, and coordinate with the QA team for investigation when necessary.
