Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

Proven experience handling end-to-end hiring processes.

Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Experience using HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely recruitment updates.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Prepare employment offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Conduct employee orientation and induction programmes.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Assist in probation confirmations, performance evaluations, and employee lifecycle processes.

Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
