Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures and safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
