• Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 or equivalent.

• Willing to work on a 3-shift rotation system.

• Experience in warehouse operations, receiving goods, or inventory management is preferred.

• Good physical fitness for manual handling, sorting, and warehouse tasks.

• Basic literacy and numerical accuracy for documentation.

• Ensure all incoming goods are correctly received, neatly sorted, systematically stored, and accurately dispatched, while maintaining full control over stock movement and warehouse layout.

• Fully responsible for stock accuracy and storage discipline within the warehouse.

1. Receiving Control:

• Verify all received items against PO/DO/Invoice.

• Check quantity, quality, condition, and temperature.

• Immediately reject or segregate damaged/incorrect items.

• Report any discrepancies on the same day.

2. Sorting & Storage Ownership (Core Responsibility):

• Sort items immediately upon receipt.

• Store items in designated zones (dry, cold, frozen).

• Ensure shelves are organized, clean, and tidy.

• Practice FIFO/FEFO at all times.

• Avoid mixing up items or placing them in wrong locations.

• Ensure walkways remain clear and safe.

• Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.

3. Documentation & Record Accuracy:

• Accurately record all received goods (GRN).

• Ensure documents are complete and properly filed.

• Clearly label items before storage.

4. Picking & Loading Accuracy:

• Pick items accurately and completely.

• Verify product type, quantity, and condition are correct.

• Oversee loading process to prevent shortages or delivery errors.

• Ensure proper arrangement and temperature control during delivery.

5. Inventory Support:

• Assist in stock counts and audits.

• Maintain stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
