Minimum SPM or 'O' Level qualification from a recognized institution.

Basic understanding of industrial equipment and machinery specific to the palm oil processing industry is a plus.

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all plant machinery and equipment are functioning optimally and safely.

Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a variety of production machinery, implementing effective repair solutions.

Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for critical components and optimizing procurement processes.

Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing disruption to manufacturing schedules and production targets.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards within the maintenance department.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history.

Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new equipment and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
