Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial supply industry.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong multitasking and task prioritization abilities.

Positive attitude, willing to learn, possess own transport, and willing to travel when required.

Attend weekly sales meetings and prepare daily activity reports.

Provide updates on market trends, sales activities, and customer performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent customer service, sales support, and basic technical assistance.

Identify new business opportunities, develop new products, explore potential clients, and conduct customer visits to expand the company's market presence.

Achieve the assigned sales targets, monitor customer accounts, and ensure timely collection of payments.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, communicate customer requirements to the relevant departments, and carry out any other duties assigned by the management.
