Full Time Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaking) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,500 in Luna Far East Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or tax services.

Proven ability to perform in-depth financial analysis, including business acumen, financial literacy, managing banking relationships for facilities, controlling cash flow, and forecasting financial requirements.

Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and the ability to review full sets of accounts.

Experience in collaborating with accounting teams to execute monthly financial statement preparations and closing procedures.

Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian Company Tax Law, with the capability to forecast and plan tax calculations.

Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a full-time, onsite capacity within a 21-employee organization.

Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with MFRS standards and accurate monthly financial statement preparation.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow management, forecasting financial requirements, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance.

Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure and manage credit facilities, ensuring the company's liquidity and financial stability.

Provide expert guidance and strategic planning for all Malaysian company tax matters, including accurate tax calculation, forecasting, and compliance.

Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the efficient execution of accounting tasks.

Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
