Full Time Engineering & Inventory Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in Wesotech Digital Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any field.

No engineering background required; training will be provided.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email.

Careful, organised and responsible with documentation.

Able to follow up actively and update records on time.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin is an added advantage for supplier communication.

Record and track customer items received for repair or assessment.

Take item photos and record the model, serial number, reported problem and current status.

Update repair status, including supplier evaluation, pending quotation, pending customer PO, repair progress and completion.

Record and track fabrication and machining enquiries from enquiry until delivery.

Follow up with salespersons, engineers and suppliers on outstanding cases.

Record incoming and outgoing stock.

Assist with stock checking and report any discrepancies.

Maintain proper filing of quotations, drawings, reports, delivery orders and related documents.

Prepare weekly outstanding repair and fabrication status reports.

Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
