- Minimum SPM, Diploma in Culinary or certificate in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in western cooking.
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, hot kitchen preferred.
- Language proficiency:
* English (Required)
* Bahasa (Preferred)
* Mandarin (Preferred)

• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.

• Prepare dishes according to recipes and company standards.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.

• Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth operations.

• Manage stock and ensure proper storage.

• Solve kitchen issues quickly and efficiently.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness SOPs.

• Stay calm and perform well during busy service hours.
