As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team on a fully remote (Work From Home) basis.
About the Role
In this autonomous and highly impactful role, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management processes. You will take ownership of our monthly hiring targets while ensuring our team remains compliant, culturally aligned, and well-supported.
Job Responsibilities
Role Overview: Act as the driving force behind our talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management for our fast-growing Australian real estate company.
Talent Acquisition (KPI-Driven): Manage end-to-end recruitment for both sales and back-office teams, averaging 3 to 4 new roles per month. Write and publish compelling job advertisements across various platforms (Jora, JobStreet, Seek, LinkedIn, etc.).
Recruitment KPIs: Meet specific monthly targets, including the volume of daily/weekly phone screenings, number of successful initial HR interviews booked, and the quantity/quality of shortlisted candidates passed on to Team Leaders.
Performance Management & Communication: Maintain active and regular communication with colleagues, particularly Team Leaders, to align on operational needs and team dynamics. Coordinate and conduct regular performance evaluations (Performance Reviews) for all team members, providing actionable feedback.
Employee Relations & Training: Conduct comprehensive Culture Training and Regulation & Compliance Training for all new hires. Foster employee engagement by coordinating holiday care initiatives, staff appreciation events, and corporate gifts.
Administrative Support: Assist the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain accurate HR records, candidate pipelines, and employee databases.
Responsibilities
Job Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in a Human Resources, Internal Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition role. (Previous HR experience within the real estate or property sector is highly regarded, but not essential).
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Performance-Oriented: A strong understanding of KPI-driven recruitment with the ability to meet targets for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
Self-Starter (Remote Work): Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a 100% Work From Home environment.
