1) Possesses a clear understanding of the TEM workflow, from sample preparation to TEM imaging.

2) Demonstrates strong logical and critical thinking skills when addressing discrepancies between job submission information and the provided recipe.

Skillset:

CDs review and correction:

1) Possesses the ability to distinguish between true CD and artifacts (e.g., contrast from protective or process layers, and identifying whether structures are measurable).

2) Demonstrates strong structure and pattern recognition skills, with the ability to identify CD variations against specifications.

3) Has a solid understanding of measurement outliers and error trends, including familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) principles.
