Contract Site Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in China Communications Construction Company (M) (Project Site Operations) Selangor - Maukerja

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in bridge construction, specifically with segment launching or heavy lifting operations.

• Familiarity with rail transit infrastructure or massive civil engineering projects is highly advantageous.

• Able to read and interpret complex structural and engineering drawings.

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage on-site subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise site operations for bridge construction, focusing on girder launching, segment assembly, and precast concrete installations.

• Review and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), method statements, and lifting plans safely.

• Coordinate closely with the lifting crew, safety officers, and site supervisors during high-risk launching operations.

• Monitor construction progress, troubleshoot technical on-site issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct inspections and maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and structural survey data.
