Coordinate and supervise waterproofing works across both office and project site environments, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.

Review construction drawings, waterproofing details, technical specifications, and material requirements prior to project execution.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation and timely resolution of technical issues.

Monitor project progress, manpower, material usage, productivity, and workmanship to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards.

Conduct site inspections to verify substrate conditions, waterproofing applications, workmanship quality, and compliance with manufacturers' installation guidelines and project specifications.

Assist in planning and coordinating material deliveries, site activities, inspections, testing, and project handover to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, material submissions, method statements, RFIs, and as-built drawings.

Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, and waterproofing defects by recommending practical engineering solutions and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and statutory obligations throughout project execution.

Support the Project Manager in project planning, client meetings, project reporting, procurement coordination, and any other duties assigned by Management.
