At least completed SPM education

Requires candidates with minimum 2 years of working experience in the Travel industry.

Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English & Mandarin.

Outspoken & soft-spoken person.

Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry.

Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour.

Basic computer skill (Outlook, Excel, Words and PowerPoint).

Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary).

Location: Menara Northarm (Penang branch)

To deal with the DMC, Accommodation or cruise line principle;

To assist in making booking in cruise line booking engine; OR

To assist in all aspect of tour operations; including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities; OR

To assist in doing flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber and Amadeus)

To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentations are properly filed;

Recording orders for all related tour services;

To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures;

To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support;

To participate in all field work, including Airport duties and travel fairs
