The Part-Time Education Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with participants during the event, understanding their background and career objectives, and recommending the most suitable programme based on their eligibility and needs.

The consultant will explain programme details, guide participants through the registration and payment process, and follow up with prospects who require additional time before making a decision.

• Welcome and engage participants attending the event.

• Conduct basic consultations to understand each participant’s experience, qualifications, career goals and training needs.

• Explain the available education programmes accurately based on company guidelines.

• Recommend the most suitable programme according to the participant’s eligibility and competency level.

• Answer questions regarding programme structure, assessment methods, fees, schedules and certification pathways.

• Guide interested participants through the registration and payment process.

• Collect and verify the required participant information and supporting documents.

• Record each prospect’s consultation outcome and payment status accurately.

• Follow up with participants who have not completed their registration or payment.

• Achieve the sales and collection targets assigned for each event.

• Maintain professional conduct and protect the company’s reputation.

• Attend all required product training, sales coaching and event briefings.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure the event runs smoothly.

• Provide accurate information without making false, misleading or unauthorised promises.
