• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or related field

• At least 1 year of onsite engineering/support experience

• Strong troubleshooting & technical problem-solving skills

• Able to read technical drawings & system manuals

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual (must communicate with Chinese-speaking clients)

• Willing to travel, work shifts, weekends & emergency support
