Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Printing Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating UV printing, UV coating, hot stamping, or related finishing equipment.
Experience in the packaging, label, commercial printing, cosmetics, or premium product manufacturing industry is preferred.
Experience with automatic or semi-automatic hot stamping and UV production equipment is an advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating automatic folder gluing machines in the packaging or printing industry.
Experience with folding cartons, pharmaceutical packaging, cosmetic packaging, food packaging, or commercial print finishing is preferred.

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor UV printing and hot stamping machines according to production requirements.
Prepare materials, dies, foils, inks, and machine settings before production.
Perform machine make-ready, registration, pressure, and temperature adjustments to achieve optimal print and stamping quality.
Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshoot machine, material, and process issues to minimize downtime and production waste.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on production equipment.
Coordinate with the Production Planner, Quality team, and Sales/Customer Service to meet delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and material usage reports.
Monitor inventory levels of foils, dies, UV inks, varnishes, and other production consumables.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and company operating procedures.
Train and guide junior operators or production assistants when required.
Set up, operate, and monitor automatic folder gluing machines according to production specifications and work orders.
Adjust machine settings, including feeder, folding sections, glue application, compression, and delivery systems, to achieve optimal performance.
Perform machine make-ready and product changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime.
Verify carton dimensions, folding accuracy, glue placement, and bonding strength throughout production.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.
Troubleshoot machine issues and production defects, making necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and basic machine repairs.
Monitor machine performance and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, downtime reports, and material usage.
Coordinate with the Production Planner, Printing, Die Cutting, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
Ensure proper handling and storage of adhesives, cartons, and finished products.
Follow workplace safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and 5S housekeeping standards.
