Full Time Logistics Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Agensi Pekerjaan Starec Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2-5 years of admin/sales support experience and in handling shipment / tax & custom documents.
• Exposure in Manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to support business needs (overseas suppliers liaison).
• Familiarity with sales tax processes and exemption license applications will be an advantage.

• Monitor and supervise daily sales administration operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise and ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Verify and authorize all admin documents including invoices, delivery orders, shipment instructions, job sheets, credit/debit notes.
• Liaise with forwarding agents for import/export shipments and prepare necessary documentation.
• Manage and maintain customer and inventory master databases.
• Ensure customer price lists and all system transactions are accurate and updated.
• Review and improve system processes and procedures for efficiency.
• Guide, coach, and monitor sales admin staff and new team members.
• Prepare monthly operational and inventory reports for management and accounts departments.
• Monitor stock replenishment, review stock aging reports, and prepare material consumption reports for SST submission.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for audits and inventory control.
• Assist with staff coverage, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
