Welcome students, parents and visitors warmly and professionally.

Respond to general enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and face-to-face conversations.

Understand each student’s basic needs and direct them to the appropriate Education Consultant.

Assist Education Consultants with student enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.

Schedule counselling sessions and maintain the team’s appointment calendar.

Help students prepare and organise documents required for university applications.

Update student information, enquiry records and application progress accurately.

Follow up with students regarding appointments, outstanding documents and application updates.

Provide basic information about university programmes, intakes, entry requirements and upcoming events after receiving training.

Support the preparation of education fairs, campus tours, school visits and other activities.

Assist with general administrative duties, filing, data entry and document preparation.

Keep the reception and consultation areas tidy, welcoming and well organised.

Carry out other related duties assigned by the team.

SPM, Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.

Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply.

Warm, friendly and comfortable communicating with students and parents.

Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Patient, helpful and service-oriented.

Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.

Able to handle several enquiries and administrative tasks in an organised manner.

Willing to learn about universities, courses and student application processes.

Able to work independently while supporting the wider team.

No previous experience is required—full training will be provided.
