Full Time Logistics Operations Assistant Manager Jobs, in Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Johor Bahru - Maukerja

Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience in transportation operations, container haulage or logistics coordination is preferred.

Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, drivers and internal teams.

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational issues in a timely and effective manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational management systems.

Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of import and export containers to customers in accordance with operational requirements.

Collaborate closely with Customer Service teams to understand customer requirements and provide effective operational support.

Plan, coordinate and optimize drivers’ trip schedules and assignments to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Monitor and manage fleet compliance by ensuring prime movers and trailers are maintained according to scheduled servicing, road tax renewal and PUSPAKOM inspection requirements.

Work closely with drivers to ensure completion of prime movers and trailer inspection checklists and maintain overall roadworthiness and safety standards.

Communicate and enforce proper maintenance procedures and diesel management practices to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
