Full Time Administrative Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Rising Net Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management will be added to advantage

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Basic knowledge of logistics and shipping processes.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

JOB SCOPE:

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory movements and shipments

• Oversee the end-to-end processing and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfilment.

• Coordinate with shipping carriers to guarantee timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical issues.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service to support smooth operations and address any order-related inquiries.

• Assist salesman for sales order enquiry including opening sales order, process invoice and provide quotation to customer

• Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
