Experience in: Ocean Freight Import Operations, Freight Forwarding, Shipping Coordination, Import Documentation & Logistics Operations

Familiarity with CargoWise (CW1) or other Transport Management Systems is an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Team player with a customer-centric mindset.

Monitor and update shipment arrival information in CargoWise (CW1).

Coordinate with shipping lines and carriers to obtain arrival notices and shipment status updates.

Verify cargo arrival at Container Freight Stations (CFS) and Container Yards (CY).

Ensure timely submission and maintenance of shipment information within CargoWise systems.

Send Shipping Advice and Arrival Notices to consignees and customers.

Prepare and provide shipment manifests and related documentation to customs authorities where required.

Coordinate delivery information with internal customer service teams.

Work closely with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth import operations.

Support customer-specific KPI requirements and service standards.

Contribute to a digital and paperless operational environment while maintaining data accuracy.
