Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with sales experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality or customer service industry, are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, sales-driven and target-oriented.
- Willing to work during travel fairs, roadshows and company events when required.
- Working hours & days: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm , Saturday 9:30am to 1:30pm (5.5 Day)
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp, Messenger and online customer enquiries professionally.
- Recommend suitable travel packages based on customers' travel preferences and budget.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare, bookings, invoices and other related sales documentation.
- Participate in travel fairs, roadshows and promotional events to promote and sell travel packages.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
