Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Candidates with sales experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality or customer service industry, are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, sales-driven and target-oriented.
  • Willing to work during travel fairs, roadshows and company events when required.
  • Working hours & days: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm , Saturday 9:30am to 1:30pm (5.5 Day)

Tanggungjawab

  • Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp, Messenger and online customer enquiries professionally.
  • Recommend suitable travel packages based on customers' travel preferences and budget.
  • Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare, bookings, invoices and other related sales documentation.
  • Participate in travel fairs, roadshows and promotional events to promote and sell travel packages.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
