Job Overview

We are expanding our Islamic financing business and are looking for a committed and hands-on Operations Executiveto support the day-to-day coordination of ourAr-Rahnu business in Malaysia.

This role is suitable for someone who is disciplined, proactive, organised, and operationally grounded. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on assigned matters, supporting outlet teams, providing ground-level updates, and assisting Management in executing business plans across multiple outlets.

About the Role

As the Operations Executive, you will support the Islamic Financing Division in coordinating operational matters across our Ar-Rahnu outlets in Malaysia.

You will work closely with HQ, outlet teams, Regional or Cluster teams, Marketing, HR, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure operational matters are properly followed up, tracked, and resolved within the required timeline.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the Islamic financing business.

• Support the daily operational coordination of Ar-Rahnu outlets, including outlet readiness, documentation, campaign deployment, and ground-level follow-ups.

• Maintain and update operational trackers covering outlet status, campaign items, free gift inventory, uniforms, Google Business Profile matters, signage, training progress, and other assigned initiatives.

• Coordinate with outlet staff, Store In-Charges, Area Managers, Regional or Cluster teams, and HQ stakeholders to follow up on operational matters until completion.

• Support the preparation of new outlet openings, including outlet checklists, campaign materials, staff readiness items, and coordination with relevant departments.

• Assist in implementing operational SOPs, process updates, training materials, and instructions from HQ across all outlets.

• Conduct outlet visits or ground follow-ups when required and provide clear updates on observations, operational issues, staff feedback, and customer behaviour.

• Provide regular ground-level updates, including competitor observations, customer trends, operational gaps, and staff challenges.

• Convert ground observations into clear and practical reports, including issue summaries, assessments, recommendations, proposed next steps, and support required from HQ.

• Support Marketing and Operations teams in executing customer campaigns, staff campaigns, referral activities, flyer distribution, outlet visibility initiatives, and other business growth activities.

• Support basic compliance and governance follow-ups by ensuring outlets understand and follow the required operational and Shariah-related processes.

• Escalate operational issues promptly by providing accurate facts, relevant context, potential impact, and recommended next steps.

• Perform other ad hoc operational and administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.
