Job Description

Requirements

  • Degree in Science/Engineering + 5 years’ experience

  • Strong knowledge in casting & forging processes

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing (preferred)

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent communication & project management skills

  • Willingness to travel across APAC & US

Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing process transfers across global sites

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions

  • Optimize processes and maintain product quality

  • Ensure compliance with casting & forging standards

  • Provide training and documentation for receiving sites

  • Travel regionally to support operations (25%)
